Success stories: the numbers behind businesses using Mobee
No quotes with a first name and an initial: the real numbers of what has gone through Mobee, who the businesses using it are, and what the highest-volume ones have in common.
"Success stories" usually means three quotes with a first name and an initial, a round percentage, and no way to check any of it. You won't find that here: you'll find the numbers of what's gone through Mobee and the names of the businesses that use it, with their pages to open.
Who's there, and where
The customer showcase lists the businesses receiving orders with Mobee: pizzerias, burger joints, poke bowls, delis. Rome is the most represented city, but the list stretches to Volla and Scafati in the Campania region, Piossasco in Piedmont, Rieti, Genzano, all the way to Abbasanta in Sardinia and Biasca in Switzerland.
It's not a big-city phenomenon: it works wherever there's a business with customers who come back. Some brands have multiple locations under the same name, with a menu per location and orders arriving already sorted.
They all have their own app on the App Store and Google Play
This is the fact that says the most: every business in the showcase has its own app on the App Store and Google Play, under its own name. None of them started there, though.
The path is always the same: first an ordering page that opens from a link, with nothing for customers to install, to see how direct orders are going; the branded app on the App Store and Google Play comes after, once orders are there and customers come back every week. How the app works.
The direct channel rewards whoever nurtures it
Looking at the showcase's numbers, one thing stands out clearly — and it's worth saying even though it's not flattering: most of the orders come from a handful of businesses, the ones that have been at it longest and got their customers used to ordering from them. The others do much smaller volumes.
It's not a flaw in the tool, it's how a channel of your own works: it doesn't bring in new customers on its own, the way a paid platform would. It keeps the ones you already have, if you remind them. The businesses that put the link in their social bios, the QR code on the counter and on the delivery flyer are the ones that, a year on, have the high numbers.
Everyone's numbers
Since 2018 we've worked with 274 food-service businesses across Italy and handled 296,079 orders. In 2025 alone that was 45,826, for €1,474,879 in value that stayed with the businesses, with an average order value of €32. In 2026, with the year still open, we're already at 44,583 orders: almost as many as all of 2025.
On none of those orders did Mobee keep a percentage of the sale value. With online payments, the payment provider's fees are still due, same as with any POS. See pricing.
Why there are no testimonials
Because a testimonial only counts if whoever gave it puts their name to it, and a business's results are their data, not ours: publishing them requires their consent, not our convenience. When there are some, they'll be signed and verifiable. In the meantime there are the brand names and their pages: look at them, and if you find one near you, order and see what it looks like from the customer's side.
How to get started
The same way they did: register your business, bring in your menu from a photo or your website's link, choose colours and images, publish and send the link to your customers. The first 20 orders a month are free and no credit card is required. See the steps.
