If you work with higher volumes there are packages up to 2,000 orders a month: you'll find them in your account dashboard, with the same two options.
Automatic renewal: costs less and renews itself. The right choice if you need extra orders every month.
One-off: costs a bit more and doesn't renew. For a holiday, a long weekend, a busy period.
Mobee's services package
Mobee Express brings together the tools you use to run the service once business gets serious: more zones, more menus, promotions, customer records. The price is fixed and stays the same whatever the number of orders you receive, because you choose the orders separately, in the size you need.

A note on commissions
Mobee never keeps a percentage of the value of your orders, ever. If you activate online payments, the payment provider's fees are still due, same as with any POS: they're theirs, not ours, and they never pass through Mobee.
What Mobee AI does, and what it costs
Much of the work Mobee AI takes off your hands costs nothing: the app's colours pulled from your logo, dish descriptions — with a free quota that resets every day — and the first menu analysis during guided setup.
Only the heavier tasks use credits: guided setup that reads the menu from a photo, a PDF or a link uses 2 credits — 1 if it starts only from business details — and improving a dish photo costs 1 credit, charged only if a result is produced. At sign-up you get 10 credits included, and credits never expire.

Can I start for free?
Yes. Your own custom online storefront, the menu, takeaway and delivery orders and the tools to manage them: 20 orders a month, no credit card and no percentage commission on sales.

Three separate, combinable items: orders, starting from 20 free a month; Mobee Express, the advanced services package at €29 a month + VAT; and the optional modules, purchased one by one. You only pay for what you need.
What happens when I use up the included orders?
Before you get there you receive warnings in your account dashboard. Then you add the order package sized to your needs, from +50 to +2,000 a month. Orders customers have already started are never interrupted.
Can I buy additional orders?
Yes, from your account dashboard, from +50 to +2,000 orders. With automatic renewal, prices start at €9 a month; as a one-off, with no renewal, they start at €12 and are valid for the current month. Prices VAT excluded.
Is automatic renewal or a one-off purchase better?
Automatic renewal costs less and is the right choice if you need extra orders every month: it renews itself and you turn it off whenever you like. A one-off purchase costs a little more but doesn't renew — good for an isolated peak period.
What is Mobee Express?
The platform's advanced services package: more delivery zones, advanced time slots, scheduled closures, more menus and more locations, promotions and discount codes, customer records, unlimited team members. It costs €29 a month + VAT and the price doesn't depend on how many orders you receive.
Does Mobee Express include orders?
No: they're two separate items. Mobee Express is the services package; you choose your orders separately, starting from 20 free a month. That way, businesses with few orders don't pay for volume they don't use.
Does Mobee Express include the App Store and Google Play app?
No. The app is a module on its own, €19 a month + VAT, added only if you decide to publish it on the App Store and Google Play.
How much do the optional modules cost?
App €19 a month, Online payments €9 a month, Fidelity €9 a month, VAT excluded. Online payments and Fidelity activated together cost €15 a month: €3 less than the two separately.
Are the listed prices VAT included?
No: every amount on the price list is VAT excluded. On the invoice, statutory VAT is added to the amount shown.
How much do Mobee AI credits cost?
50 credits €4.99 and 200 credits €14.99, VAT excluded: bought as a one-off, from your account dashboard, with the card you use for Mobee. They're used for the guided setup that reads the menu and for improving dish photos. At sign-up you get 10 included, the first analysis is free, app colours from your logo and dish descriptions don't use credits, and credits never expire.
Do I need to subscribe to anything?
Not to get started: the 20 orders a month are free and no credit card is required. Monthly renewal only applies to what you add: order packages with automatic renewal, Mobee Express and the modules.
Can I cancel?
Yes, there's no minimum term. You turn off renewal from your account dashboard and what you've already paid for stays active until the end of the period. Alternatively you can request termination on a chosen date.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get a notification and can update your payment method. The service doesn't stop right away: several retries and a grace period are built in. Only if it stays unresolved can receiving new orders be suspended — it starts again on its own as soon as payment goes through, with no loss of menu, settings or history.
