The pages of this site can be read without registering: there's no account to create, no payment data to enter and no orders placed. If you decide to activate Mobee for your business, registration happens on a different platform, which presents its own notice before collecting any data: see section 8.

2. What data the site collects
Browsing data
The servers hosting the site automatically record certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet protocols: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of the request. It's used to make the site work, diagnose malfunctions and protect it from abuse.
Cookies and measurement
The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, managed via Google Tag Manager. The related cookies are not installed until you give your consent: which ones, how long they last and how to change your mind is explained in the Cookie Policy.
The site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts' servers: this involves your IP address being sent to Google, which is necessary for the browser to download them. No cookies are installed for this purpose.
What you write to us
If you fill in a form on the site, we process the data you enter: name, email address, your business name and the content of the message. We use it only to reply to you, and for nothing else.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter we process only the email address you give us: we don't ask for your name, phone number or business details. Subscription works with double opt-in: after you submit your address you receive an email with a link, and the subscription only becomes active once you click it. That click is also the proof of consent we keep, together with the date and time.
The legal basis is consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to the contacts listed in section 1.
Addresses are managed through an email-sending service provider, appointed as data processor. name of the email marketing service, location and country of processing: to be filled in
The address is not used for any other purpose, is never sold or shared, and is not used to contact you in any other way.

8. If you're not just a visitor
Two situations this notice does not cover, because they don't concern the site:
- You ordered from a restaurant using Mobee. That data was collected by the business, which is the controller: contact it directly. If you write to us, we'll forward your request to the business and put you in touch.
- You use Mobee for your business. Your business's data, billing and credentials are processed as part of the service, not the site. The notice covering them, together with the agreement on processing your customers' data — of which you are the controller — is presented to you at registration, before any data is collected.
9. Changes
This notice may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
